Redmond Park has a $500 security deposit. This is a refundable deposit. Please note, this deposit may vary depending upon applicant’s credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references.
Uncovered reserved/tandem parking is available for an additional $45.
Covered reserved parking is available for an additional $75.
Garage parking is available for an additional $145.

Four-legged friends are welcome at Redmond Park apartments!
- Redmond Park Apartments has a maximum of $500 pet deposit. This is a refundable deposit.
- There is an additional $50 per month charge/per pet.
- Up to two pets are allowed per home (example: two dogs or two cats, or if you are brave, one dog and one cat).
- We have a 50-lb weight restriction on all pets and breed restrictions for dogs. Not all residents are comfortable with some breeds of dogs and we wish to be respectful of that. Please ask the community manager to see a list of restricted breeds before submitting your application.
